研究方向

1应用结构生物学(X-光衍射和中子衍射)等多种方法研究酶蛋白的催化机理和蛋白质改造;

2)结合虚拟筛选和直接得到晶体结构两种方式研究靶标蛋白与药物分子的相互作用,筛选和改造现有药物分子,提高其特异性、亲和力、稳定性和跨膜通透性。

团队成员:万群 教授,马保亮 讲师

课题负责人简介:万群,葡萄京澳门官网大全教授、博士生导师。2008年博士毕业于美国佛蒙特大学分子生理与生物物理专业,曾在美国能源部橡树岭国家实验室、美国凯斯西储大学药理系从事博士后的研究工作,后在上海美迪西生物制药有限公司担任药物开发部主任,2015年到葡萄京澳门官网大全工作。在PNASStructureJBCJMB等杂志发表22篇论文,SCI影响因子总计60,并被CellPNASNat Struct Biol等权威杂志引用超过250次。为J.Struct Biol,Acta Cryst Sect DPlons OneSci RepSCI杂志审稿人。
